We ship the items available in the shop within one to six working days. We are happy to provide individual information on delivery times and prices for customized items.

This also includes various head coverings, hair replacement care products and real hair eyebrows, such as those offered in our range.

As a company recognized by AHV/IV, Kopfrausch can support you in taking the necessary steps and explains step by step how you can take advantage of this support.

You can order anything you like from Kopfrausch and send it back within 14 days if the model doesn't fit you (only applies to headgear).

RR by has created a size chart for their models. This allows you to easily check whether you have chosen the right size.

For purchases on kopfrausch.ch, a voluntary 14-day right of return is granted. This period begins upon receipt of the goods. The postal date is decisive for the return. The purchases must be treated as usual in a shop. Contaminated products will not be taken back. Cosmetic items (make-up products, brushes, eyebrows and eyelashes) are completely excluded from the right of return.
